Zelle® is an easy way to send and receive money to and from people you know and trust — all within the safety of Online or Mobile Banking.*

  • Send and request money with more friends and family, regardless of where they bank (as long as it’s in the U.S.) — all you need is an email address or U.S. mobile phone number1.
  • Payments are typically received within minutes1. Ask your recipient if they're enrolled with Zelle® before you send them money.
  • Zelle® is conveniently and securely accessed via Citizens Online™ or Mobile Banking app.*

HERE'S HOW:

For Mobile Banking:

  1. Open the Citizens Mobile Banking app*.
  2. Select "Send Money" from the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap "Zelle®".
  4. Choose "Send", "Request", "Split"
  5. Select a contact and enter an amount to send and receive money.

For Online Banking:

  1. Login in to Online Banking.
  2. Click "Transfer/Zelle" from the navigation bar.
  3. Select "Send Money with Zelle®".
  4. Choose "Send", "Request", "Split"
  5. Select a contact and enter an amount to send and receive money.

ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNTS USING CITIZENS’ SIMPLE AND SECURE ATMS.

Our touchscreen technology allows you to:

  • Set preferences for language and receipts.
  • Check your balance, get cash, transfer money between accounts and change your PIN.
  • Deposit checks and cash — without an envelope. Deposits post same day, if made by 10 pm.2
  • Print images of your deposited checks appear right on your receipt.
